The hotel was very close to Chukchansi Park. This was the reason we elected to stay at this hotel.
A lot of weird looking people hanging around the area.

The hotel is a little bit older and could use some "touch-ups". The pool area is less than desirable.

When my son and I arrived the desk clerk was eating which was fine but he could of swallowed his food before he started talking. It had rain all day and I had my shoes on when I sat my bag on the floor. I did not realize the floor was wet until I took shoes off. By that time close were wet. I tried to call front desk and phone didn't work. What put the icing on the cake no hot water. My son and I took a cold shower. Before his state wrestling tournament. When I check out the lady said there wasn't anything she could do until Monday. No phone call. no email.

We thought the room wasvery comfortable and quiet for the most part. It was a bit noisy when people would talt loudly while waiting for the elevator. We loved the children eat free amenity. The food was very good.
We thought it was kind of a waste of time that the elevator always had to stop at the lobby.

The room has a nice vibe with two comfy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. 🛏️ Plus, the hotel is in a fantastic spot, right by the Old Water Tower - can't beat that for convenience!

We liked that the reservation clerk was honest and admitted that the hotel overbooked itself and it was not our fault that we got screwed.
This was the second time we stayed at this same hotel. The first time we stayed last year, they tried to put us in a smoking room and said we didn't have a "preference" on our reservation. It was not until I showed them the confirmation on my Blackberry! This time was worse!! We had two queen beds confirmed and got a king and a rollaway even though I reserved the room weeks in advance. The lady was nice, but said you always overbook!! That's horrible. Our son was in town for a wrestling tournament and woke up sore on your stupid rollaway bed. We received a discount but will never stay there again and we are telling everyone in our wrestling association to do the same. What a horrible way to do business! Sincerely, Wendy Teixeira ps your underground parking smells like urine.
